Returns
As our products include food items such as spices, honey, millets, and other consumables, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product package is tampered with upon delivery.
- The product received is expired or defective.
To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:
- The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been completed.
- A return or replacement request has been approved by our customer support team.
- An order is cancelled before shipment.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Opened food products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
- Items purchased during special promotional or clearance sales
- Products without original packaging
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification by our support team.
